Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced, talented and motivated person with a proven ability to lead the delivery of transportation infrastructure design projects. This is an interesting role in which the key responsibility is to manage the Major Projects and teams within the Engineering Design Group.
Your principal responsibilities will be the management of a programme of work, the technical authorisation of projects, and staff, client and stakeholder management.
Formed in 2012 as a highway, engineering and construction specialist, we are a Cornwall Council-owned company, operating at arm’s length to give us the freedom to compete in markets that local authorities are unable to.

You will need a high level of technical competence and experience in transport infrastructure design projects. You will also need strong commercial and project management skills and be experienced using NEC3 contracts and PRINCE2.
You will also need extensive experience of staff and client relationship management.
